I Tried Street Food in Afghanistan

We traveled to Kabul, explored Qargha and learned about Afghanistan’s diverse people, languages, and daily life. We visited kitchens and restaurants to try Afghan specialties such as chopan kebab, quail, rosh, shank, and bolani while learning how they are prepared. We also explored Kabul’s bird and carpet markets, visited a historic mosque, and saw the heavily secured Green Zone.
