I Tried the World’s Hottest Pepper (I Couldn’t Breathe)

We travel through Trinidad and Tobago to explore its diverse cultures, local foods, hot sauces, and increasingly spicy peppers, including the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion at its farm of origin. We then visit South Carolina to meet Ed Currie, learn how the Carolina Reaper and Pepper X were developed, and tour his pepper farms and factory. Finally, we taste Pepper X, experiencing an intense reaction as we attempt to survive its extreme heat.
