We visit the Faroe Islands, exploring Viking traditions, remote villages, undersea tunnels, local life, and the islands’ fishing-based economy. We then travel to Socotra, where we camp in isolated landscapes, meet local residents, experience traditional food and customs, and see rare plants such as the bottle tree and dragon’s blood tree. Finally, we explore St. Helena, its isolated capital of Jamestown, airport, unique culture, coffee, and historical sites connected to Napoleon.
