I Visited The Strangest Country On Earth

We travel from Uzbekistan across the difficult border into Turkmenistan, meeting our guide and experiencing the country's strict rules and unusual roadside stops. We explore towns, villages, shops, Soviet memorials, and everyday life, finding the locals friendly despite the country's poverty and isolation. We also visit the Darvaza gas crater, known as the Gates of Hell, before continuing toward Ashgabat, the white marble capital.
