We explore Erbil, the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan, and visit its historic bazaar, where we learn about Kurdish clothing, meet a traditional carpenter, and have tea at the long-running Mom Kali café. We discover Kurdish flutes and prayer beads while speaking with local people and observing everyday life in the city. We finish by highlighting the region’s history, culture, and friendly communities, and dedicate the vlog to Bakir, the flute maker who passed away after filming.
