We meet residents, a shop owner, a firefighter, and people experiencing homelessness while learning about the neighborhood’s safety, drug use, housing conditions, and government relocation efforts. We compare Villa 31’s reputation with what we observe and discuss the economic difficulties affecting Argentina.
