Inside Chernobyl, It Is Crazy (Inside the Red-Zone)

We traveled from Kyiv into the Chernobyl exclusion zone, passed several checkpoints, and visited an experimental field and an abandoned kindergarten while measuring radiation levels. We examined Reactor 4, its sarcophagus, and the ongoing work to dismantle the damaged reactor, while learning about the firefighters who died after the explosion. We then entered the abandoned city of Pripyat and explored its empty streets before continuing in the next episode.
