Inside India's Smuggling Town

We explored Moreh, a border town in Manipur known for the illegal movement of teak, alcohol, drugs, and other goods from Myanmar. We visited furniture shops filled with carved teak doors and beds, then walked through the streets, market, food stalls, and meat market. We also observed the town’s Burmese cultural influences, its mix of languages and religions, and the intense attention our filming attracted.
