Inside the Israel & Lebanon Border (military everywhere)

We traveled south from Beirut to the Lebanon-Israel border, passing through strict checkpoints and observing the heavy presence of Lebanese forces and UN peacekeepers. We met fishermen, local residents, and a Syrian refugee family, learning about life, security, economic hardship, and displacement in the area. We explored the villages, border fences, buffer zone, and refugee camps before heading back.
