Inside the World’s Most Dangerous City (Insane)

We arrive in Port-au-Prince and visit displacement camps and neighborhoods destroyed by gang violence, where hundreds of thousands of people have been forced from their homes. We meet civilian vigilantes defending their communities and travel through gang-controlled territory by bus. We also meet a gang leader from the G9/Viv Ansanm alliance, who discusses the gangs’ power, their relationship with corrupt institutions, and the lack of alternatives for young people.
