Inside Venezuelan Slum at Brazil Border (harsh conditions)

We followed the route of Venezuelan refugees from Pacaraima on the Brazil border to Manaus, visiting a settlement and hearing about the dangerous journeys, hunger, and difficult living conditions they face. We met Venezuelan families, including José and his family, and saw how they live with limited food, income, and shared housing. In Manaus, we visited Hermanitos, an organization that provides food, hygiene supplies, training, and employment support to help refugees integrate into Brazilian society.
