Investigating The Czechia Tourists Never See

We leave Prague and travel by train to Ústí nad Labem, exploring its socialist architecture, housing blocks, mosaics, workers’ canteen and remnants of Czechoslovakia’s past. We meet friendly locals in a traditional pub, see a hidden collection of communist statues, and visit the old House of Culture. We then continue to Kladno, where we check into a retro provincial hotel and have beers in a local pub.
