We travel around Lebanon with Giorgio, starting in Beirut and heading to his family’s village home in the mountains for a large meal of grilled chicken, hummus, tabbouleh, olives, escargot, and other dishes. We visit local bakeries and restaurants to try manouche, pomegranate salad, Lebanese coffee, sweets, and traditional lemonade.
