Is this the highest apple pie you can eat in the World?

We traveled to Tangboche in the high Himalayas, at an altitude of 3,878 meters, flying from Kathmandu to Lukla and trekking for four days to reach this remote village. We visited a German café and bakery, where we tried a delicious apple pie that had been carried in from far away.
