It All Went Wrong

We convoyed down Mexico’s Baja Peninsula with friends, driving through desert landscapes, military checkpoints, rough off-road tracks, and remote beaches. After getting stuck in soft sand and damaging a fender, we camped together and continued south. When a steep, technical mountain track became too dangerous for our heavier vehicle, we turned back and eventually reached a magical campsite where we could laugh about the challenges.
