Japanese Fish Market! Finding Jiro (Dreams of Sushi)

We checked out of our Airbnb in Shinjuku, explored the apartment, and moved our bags while preparing to stay at a capsule hotel. We visited a Japanese fish market, tried street food, and walked along Ginza’s shopping streets. We also searched for the restaurant featured in Dreams of Sushi, though we didn’t find Jiro, before heading back to collect our luggage and locate our capsule hotel.
