Journey to the Center of the Earth (It Took 8 Days, I Lost 10kg)

We descended into Krubera Cave for eight days, navigating deep wells, narrow passages, freezing conditions, floods, and dangerous siphons while carrying our equipment between underground camps. We faced repeated technical and physical challenges, including fatigue, mistakes on the ropes, and the risk of drowning, while documenting the cave and searching for signs of life. At the deepest point reached by humans, we helped survey the cave using a laser rangefinder to determine its precise depth.
