Kgb Encounters In Azerbaijan

We left a luxurious hotel and drove through Azerbaijan to explore an old Soviet state farm, where we saw abandoned architecture, statues, a war memorial, and met friendly local residents. We were briefly stopped and asked for our documents, then continued through villages filled with babushkas, laundry, and Soviet-era monuments. We eventually reached Ganja, explored its Southern Caucasian Soviet architecture, and reflected on how much we enjoyed the people, food, and landscapes of Azerbaijan.
