Leaving Kyiv On A Refugee Train

We left Kyiv by metro and went to the railway station, where hundreds of people were trying to escape the city as fighting and air-raid sirens continued. We managed to board a crowded refugee train with families, children, cats and dogs, and travelled through the Carpathian region toward the Hungarian border. We then arrived in Chop, queued for tickets and waited with other refugees hoping to cross into Hungary.
