We return to Beirut and examine Lebanon’s multiple exchange rates by exchanging dollars on the black market and speaking with a local about the economic crisis. We discuss inflation, frozen bank accounts, rising prices, shortages, homelessness, and the effects on locals and refugees. We also visit Zaitunay Bay to show a wealthier side of Beirut before reflecting on the country’s resilience and the difficult conditions we witnessed.
