Lokrum Island, Croatia

We took a ferry from Dubrovnik to Lokrum Island, where we searched for the so-called Dead Sea and encountered rabbits and peacocks. After accidentally climbing to a hilltop fortress, we found the salty swimming area but were disappointed that floating was not as easy as expected. We explored the rocky coastline, enjoyed the quieter surroundings, and returned to the mainland after a sunny day on the island.
