Luang Prabang Authentic Alms + Nate's Birthday!

We woke up early to find a more traditional alms ceremony away from Luang Prabang’s tourist-filled main street, then celebrated Nate’s birthday with breakfast, a massage, and lunch. We crossed the seasonal bamboo bridge, visited our favorite coffee shop, and enjoyed one last sandwich before leaving the city. That night, we boarded a first-class sleeper bus toward Vientiane, where we planned to continue by train to Bangkok.
