Making Pasta From Scratch in Italy!

We visit Gina’s garden to pick vegetables and herbs before making homemade pasta with Bob and Gina’s recipe. We knead the dough, let it rest, prepare an eggplant and tomato sauce, then roll and cut the pasta by hand. We cook everything together and enjoy the finished meal.
