Marking Off Our #1 Bucket List (Great Barrier Reef)

We completed an exhausting journey to Heron Island, including our first helicopter ride, and saw the Great Barrier Reef from the sky. We then scuba-dived three reefs, encountering colorful coral, abundant fish, a turtle, and our first giant manta ray. We finally marked scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef off our bucket list.
