We travel through Arunachal Pradesh, exploring its remote villages, rivers, rice fields, religious traditions, and local way of life. We meet Apatani women who still wear traditional nose plugs and learn about the history and disappearance of the practice. We visit their homes, cemeteries, and gardens, then share a meal of locally prepared rice, vegetables, eggs, pork, and fermented rice beer.
