Meeting The World's Largest Primates in the Dr Congo

We arrive at Virunga National Park in eastern Congo and trek through the rainforest with a military escort to find endangered mountain gorillas. After nearly two hours, we encounter a family of 13, the largest living primates on Earth. We then make our way back through heavy rain and reflect that the remote Congolese experience feels even better than trekking in Uganda.
