Montevideo Old Town + Mercado del Puerto!

We started our day with breakfast at our Airbnb host’s home before walking through Montevideo’s old city, enjoying dulce de leche ice cream and admiring the European-style architecture. We visited Mercado del Puerto, where we ate chorizo and explored the lively atmosphere. After taking the bus home for a break, we decided to skip the beach and go out for a cheap, healthy dinner instead.
