Moscow Market & First Taste Of Russian Food!

We explored Moscow’s Izmailovsky Market, where we saw Soviet antiques, Russian souvenirs, colorful buildings, and picked up a deck of cards for our upcoming Trans-Siberian train journey. We then followed a local’s recommendation to a small restaurant and tried Russian pastries filled with cheese, beef, and potato. We struggled with the Cyrillic alphabet and ordering, but enjoyed the challenge and loved the food.
