We drove from Mostar to Dubrovnik, reflecting on Mostar’s recent history before navigating road closures and winding back roads. We accidentally reached a non-international border crossing, where a confusing incident involving our passports became tense before we continued to the proper crossing. After arriving, we checked into our Airbnb and headed to the beach to find food.
