Moving Back Into The Van (preparing for winter van life!)

We prepared our van for winter by installing an indoor gray-water system, shutting off the shower, converting the shower into a ski locker, and adding insulated flooring. We drove from Dallas through New Mexico, slept at a casino, bought warm clothes, cooked a vegan meal, and found free water using an app. We then reached a ski resort, spent the night in temperatures as low as -6°F, and went skiing in the morning.
