My First Time in Mecca Part One

We traveled from Jeddah to Mecca, met local residents, and learned about the city’s diverse communities, traditions, clothing, music, and history. We visited the historic Jarwal and Yamani neighborhoods, tried traditional Hijazi dishes and drinks, and explored how different cultures have blended in Mecca. We also entered the Grand Mosque, visited the Kaaba, and reflected on the peace and spiritual feeling of the place.
