We return to Britain to see how the country has changed and investigate life outside London. We explore Plymouth and Weston-super-Mare, speaking with locals and looking at boarded-up shops, derelict buildings, homelessness and the decline of former holiday resorts. We also make brief trips through Birmingham and Sunderland before heading toward Horden to examine the effects of industrial decline.
