Oman Travel Documentary | The Pearl of Arabia

We explored Oman from Muscat to the Wahiba Sands, visiting coral reefs, wadis, sinkholes, mountain villages, ancient beehive tombs, desert oases, salt flats, sugar dunes and the coast. We drove across remote deserts, camped among the dunes, observed dromedaries and climbed Oman’s highest sand dune in the Empty Quarter before crossing the desert and returning to the Hajar Mountains. Along the way, we experienced challenging off-road routes, dramatic canyons and coastal landscapes, as well as Oman’s baobab forests and frankincense-growing Dhofar region.
