Open Sea Fishing for Dinner on Remote Island

We head out into the open sea with a local fisherman to learn how to fish from a boat, searching patiently for larger fish attracted by schools of smaller fish. We catch and release most of the fish, while keeping a grouper to eat, and learn about this precise and sustainable alternative to industrial fishing.
