We flew from Panama to Cancun after changing our plans and were surprised with a business-class upgrade before arriving at the Iberostar Grand Paraiso Resort. We explored the huge resort complex, relaxed by the pools and beach, used room service, and enjoyed the gym, lazy river, massage, and many restaurants.
