We explored Hong Kong on our first full day, searching for coffee, trying chocolate egg balls, working from a café, and visiting a grocery store. We had an expensive dim sum dinner and learned how to eat soup dumplings. We then rushed through the crowded subway during rush hour on our way to the horse races.
