Russian Villager Shocked By His Selfie!

We traveled from Chuvashia toward Ardatov, accidentally discovering that the bus was heading across the border into Mordovia, and searched several villages for Chuvash speakers. After finding a taxi to Starye Aibesi, we met Yuri Alexandrovich and took photographs with him. We eventually found Chuvash speakers working in the fields, learned a few phrases, and heard how the language is used throughout their village.
