Rving New Zealand | Rotorua Hot Springs

We dug our own hot spring on the shore of Lake Rotorua, discovered that it was much messier and less relaxing than expected, and dealt with losing one of our camera batteries. We explored a geothermal park, then hiked through Rotorua’s Redwood Forest and admired the redwood and fern trees. We finished the day charging our batteries and eating at McDonald’s before driving to our campsite for the next day’s adventure.
