Sahara Desert to Marrakech, Morocco

We left our desert camp and drove 400 kilometers through the Atlas Mountains back to Marrakech, stopping to explore a dried-up lake area and look for fossils. We also visited a village known for its tapestries, where we tried making a rug, and stopped to learn about a traditional toothbrush plant. After a ten-hour drive, we returned to Marrakech, had dinner, and reflected on how much we enjoyed the desert trip.
