We continue riding the Tuscany Trail through the Italian countryside, taking on steep gravel climbs, long hot days, beautiful hill towns, and varied overnight stays. When one of us develops severe knee pain, we adjust our plans and join the support crew while the rest of the team continues riding. We reunite near a hilltop castle and prepare for the challenging final climb.
