Solo Through Romania's Dark Past

We travel by train from Hungary into Romania, stopping in Szolnok to explore its socialist railway station, monument, and an old communist-era bar. In Arad, we discover a large socialist mosaic before continuing to Timișoara, where we learn about the events that sparked the 1989 revolution against Ceaușescu. We visit the city’s communist museum and examine everyday objects and apartments from Romania’s socialist past.
