Spearfishing In Mississippi (sharks and alligators)

We traveled to Biloxi, Mississippi, and prepared for deep-sea spearfishing by practicing with scuba gear and a speargun in a dark, murky lake. We headed offshore into the Gulf of Mexico, where we dove around oil rigs, encountered sharks, and tried spearfishing for the first time. Afterward, we visited a barrier island to cook and eat the fish we caught, while also enjoying Mississippi’s hospitality and a luxurious resort stay.
