Spending a Night in America's Most Haunted Asylum

We spent the night exploring Pennhurst State School and Hospital in Pennsylvania, learning about its history of abuse, neglect, and its eventual impact on disability rights. We investigated the tunnels and buildings with paranormal equipment, heard unexplained sounds and alarms, and challenged ourselves to explore parts of the asylum alone. After making a final walk through the building in the early morning, we left with our fear of the dark almost conquered.
