Street Food in China - Muslim (Uyghur) Area - Best Halal Food

We visited Kashgar’s Sunday night market, where we saw stalls serving fresh meat, fish, and noodles, and watched how the noodles were made. We also visited a mosque at sunset and explored local food stalls, trying shawarma and hanging meat. We found the food exceptionally delicious and authentic.
