Tapas and Wine Tour | Madrid, Spain

We explored Madrid on a tapas and wine tour, trying salted-cod croquettes, Iberian ham, local wine, and traditional dishes. We visited a ham shop, learned about the production and aging of Iberian ham, and toured its storage cellar. We also sampled different wines, olive oil, potatoes with sauce, and green peppers that can range from mild to spicy.
