The Best Thai Cooking School | Chiang Mai Thailand

We visited a local market in Chiang Mai to choose ingredients before heading to the Thai Secret Cooking School and its organic garden. We learned to prepare Pad Thai, spring rolls, hot and sour prawn soup, Penang curry with pork, and mango sticky rice using traditional techniques. We cooked, tasted the dishes, and received a recipe book at the end of the full-day class.
