We eat a traditional Belarusian meal in the village of Terekhovka, including borscht, meat, mashed potatoes, bread, salad, and locally brewed vodka. We explore the Soviet-era stolovaya, learn how it serves as a canteen and community gathering place, and look around the village. After eating and drinking with a local friend, we receive a total bill of 18.50 roubles, or about $8 for two people.
