The Road To Ratus

We take a road trip through rural Moldova toward Ratus, meeting local people and exploring Soviet-era war memorials, bus stops, unfinished buildings, an old Lada, and an abandoned petrol station. We eventually reach Ratus, look around the village and its church, and find it quieter and less remarkable than expected. We enjoy the journey and the Soviet remnants we discover along the way before heading back out of town.
