The Romania You Didn't Know Existed (What Media Won't Show You)

We spend three days trekking through the wild and largely unmarked trails of Romania’s Carpathian Mountains, carrying everything we need and searching for water along the way. We get last-minute directions from local villagers before climbing a peak and following the mountain ridges. We wake up to spectacular views and reflect on the beauty of the Rodna Mountains before returning to civilization.
