The Strangest Food You Could Eat in Your Life!

We visited unusual restaurants in Adana and tried şırdan, intestines, tripe, and mombar stuffed with rice and spices. We then traveled to Gaziantep, known for its künefe and baklava, and tasted different types of künefe with pistachios, milk, and ice cream. We also visited a famous baklava shop and watched the dough being prepared, layered with butter and pistachios, cut, and baked.
